MAG boxes (models like the 250, 254, and 322) are built specifically for IPTV, so there's no app to install — you just point the box at a portal URL and it handles the rest.
What you'll need
- A compatible MAG box connected to your TV via HDMI
- An active King IPTV Pro subscription with your portal (server) URL
- A wired connection where possible, or stable Wi-Fi rated at least 10 Mbps
Step-by-step setup
Power on the box and connect it to your network over Ethernet or Wi-Fi. From the home screen, go to Settings > System Settings > Servers, and enter your subscription's server URL in the Portal 1 URL field — you can name the portal whatever you like. Restart the box to apply the change, and it will load your channel list, VOD library, and catch-up content automatically.
Troubleshooting
- Portal won't load: recheck the server URL for typos and confirm your internet connection is active
- Buffering: switch to a wired Ethernet connection if you're currently on Wi-Fi
- Authentication error: confirm your subscription is active and the server URL matches your confirmation email exactly
MAG boxes are one of several devices we support directly — see the full installation guide for the others, or message WhatsApp support if the portal doesn't load on the first try.
